Aculab's renowned GroomerII signalling and media gateway range has recently been expanded with the addition of a 2U server. Complementing the existing 1U and 6U variants, the 2U 19" rackmount server is offered in 8, 16 and 24 E1/T1 trunk options with appropriately matching SIP or H.323 configurations.
Customer satisfaction survey
June 2009 saw the completion of Aculab's sixth customer satisfaction survey, the results of which will be used as a benchmark to measure activity undertaken to improve customer service in the coming year. We are pleased with the overall level of customer satisfaction which has indeed increased year on year. There is always room for improvement and a number of initiatives are underway based on the feedback. We take this opportunity to thank all who took time to respond.
