I have ordered software for my colleague, but when they log in they do not see the licence credits
When Aculab load credits onto the licensing system, they are added to your company account and an email is sent to your designated admin user (Customer Admin), who has access to all Sales Orders. If credits are to be onward allocated to a particular user, or simply viewable by another user at your company, then the customer admin person has to log in and modify the view rights of the sub-account so that the required sales orders are viewable.
