I have placed an order, but not received my username and password yet to enable me to login to the licensing system and use my licence credits

When Aculab receive software purchase orders, we create an account on the licence activation server for an administrator. The username will be of the format ADMIN where is a shortform of your company name. For example if your Company was ABC Computers, your username might be ABCAdmin. Your company can have as many user accounts as you wish - the admin person can add the extra users

If you at any time forget your login details, then use the forgotten your password link on the login screen (https://licensing.aculab.com), enter your email address, and your username along with a new password will be sent to you.
