Why does no protocol trace appear in my v6trace output, when tracing a port on PMX hardware?
When using PMX hardware, protocol trace is disabled by default for performance reasons. To enable tracing on a port, you must use the -s99, 224 switch.
Enabling protocol trace in this way is only recommended for debug purposes.
