JTEL GmbH was founded in 1997 and has been active since in the market for computer telephony and voice applications. Our origins lie with the highly successful voice robots brand. The voice robots product range was the telephony software behind the second largest premium rate number platform in Germany at the time, and was deployed in dozens of successful voice applications, many of which are still serving thousands of callers every day. Today JTEL technology powers some of the largest conferencing systems in Germany and our web portal solutions are used by a number of carriers and service providers in the DACH region.
Product overview
JTEL's 8Web Portal provides customer self-service, call and work flow editing, billing, skinning and reselling capabilities and reporting to customers in the carrier and service provider markets. It can be integrated with existing network infrastructure using open APIs and makes applications which use several parts of the infrastructure possible. JTEL also provides conferencing and collaboration systems, virtual ACD, IVR and IN routing systems geared to the carrier, service provider and call center markets.
