MiRA has been established in 1996 to provide products and services in speech and communication technologies. Product overview
MiRA IVR is an interactive voice response system designed for giving various types of speech services over telephone networks. MiRA IVR enables callers to enter their input by talking to the system. MiRA IVR has already been tested and deployed with various speech engines.
Miracle, a visual call flow scenario development tool is delivered with MiRA IVR system. This tool enables users to create and deploy services easily in a visual drag and drop environment.
DiaLogger is a high capacity voice logging platform developed by MiRA. All MiRA products can be connected to analogue lines, proprietary pbx extensions, bri, pri and ss7 lines.
Among references of MiRA, there are wireless and wireline network operators, service providers, banks, fund management companies, and various national security offices.
