The Shout IVR has been designed to provide a truly flexible solution for all of your Interactive Voice Response (IVR) needs. The unit is available in a number of configurations to suit individual requirements and budgets. We are able to provide solutions from stand-alone 'Black-Box' applications, to distributed fully IN controlled systems; the IVR can seamlessly integrate with our own Service Control Point, the Telsis fastSCP and can also be controlled via other SCPs using the TCP/IP based programming interface.
