TELIOS is the multi-channel platform of TELECATS for the fast development of powerful self-service telephony applications in a robust environment with the latest technologies and open standards. Possible applications includeL: • Routing: automated attendants, speech attendants and call centre applications. • Messaging: voicemail, unified messaging, call handling and call recording, • Large enhanced services platforms: pre- & post-paid calling cards, carrier select and interconnect, name and number dialling and high volume IVR. Most applications require connections to external systems. Telios recognises a large number of options, such as ODBC, native drivers for nearly all RDBMS, SOAP and XML. TCP/IP socket communication is possible. Telios acts as a WEB-server and knows various languages as XML and HTML. Finally FTP, POP3 and SMTP are fully integrated in Telios.
