All capacities and formats are available ranging from basic 1U systems for the ISP through to true high availability (HA), fault tolerant multiprocessor systems for the PTT/Telco/Network operator. Westek is a fully accredited SUN Microelectronics Value Added Integrator with a proven track record in configuring PC computer systems including, if required, the installation / testing of Aculab boards and all types of operating system (MS or UNIX). At the other end of the spectrum, Westek is capable of delivering highly cost competitive PC's using both Intel and Sun architectures with a wide range if ISA/PCI or compact PCI backplanes.

Westek offer a range of ISA/PCI and Compct PCI Chassis designed specifically for the Telecoms Market. Our chassis sizes range from IU for the ISO, to our 11U High Availability COMPACT PCI platforms which support H110 Hot SWAP capability and have Duel Backplanes with 1250watts of power (5 X 250w Hot Swap PSU System). Most of our systems have the option of RAID Duel Hot Swao Power Supplies, and can be enhanced by the WESTEK Alarm card which will monitor the power supplies, discs, temperature, fans and bus voltage and will e-mail you to warn in advance of any problem, or if you prefer by means of SNMP or an Audible Local Alarm. Westek platforms support most operating systems including Microsoft NT, Solaris, SCO and Linux. Westek are a Microsoft certified solution provider and a Sun Microsystems authorised systems integrator.
