Xarcom is the C/T solution and service provider developing tailored C/T applications based on Xarcom's Z2000 C/T server. A customer can buy his own hardware or utilize our server center with minimum investment in the hardware. A Z2000 server can operate either standalone or connected to an existing PANX. Fast and cost effective application development is done using Z-Api library and tools. Application maintenance and reporting is web based.

Z2000 is a scalable server family designed fr C/T solutions. Typical applications include call centres and help desks, automated customer services and order processing, voice and data recording, automated information systems, entertainment etc. Z2000 runs on Linux using Aculab's PRI and BRI digital access and Prosody DSP cards.
