When does ACE start? |

A welcome reception will take place between 6pm and 8pm on 31st March.
Aculab is also hosting a golf tournament on 31st March. Participation in the tournament is optional and must be selected at the time of completing the ACE registration form. |

When does it end? |
A. |
The last session and wrap up will finish at approximately 14:00 on 2nd April. Some of the sessions presented throughout the two days will be repeated in the afternoon on 2nd April. |

What’s the latest (or earliest) flight I can catch before ACE starts (or after ACE finishes)? |
A. |
To attend the entire conference, it is recommended that you arrive in Scottsdale no later than 15:00 on the first day of the event and depart no earlier than 17:00 (for short haul) or 18:00 (for long haul) on the last day of the event.
If you intend to participate in the golf tournament, it is recommended that you arrive in Scottsdale on Sunday 30th March.
If you intend to attend the afternoon sessions on 2nd April, it is recommended that you depart no earlier than 20:00 on the 2nd. |

How much will it cost to attend? |

Aculab is pleased to inform you that we will not charge a conference fee for delegates who attend ACE 2008 and stay at The Renaissance Scottsdale Resort for the duration of the conference.
A conference fee of US$500 will be charged to delegates choosing not to stay at The Renaissance Scottsdale Resort for the duration of the conference.

Why do I have to provide my credit card details at time of registration? |
A. |
The provision of valid credit card details at time of registration is to act as a registration guarantee. The credit card will be charged if the delegate cancels, fails to attend or chooses not to stay at either of the conference hotels for the duration of the event. |

How are my credit card details taken and stored? |
A. |
Your credit details are taken and stored via a Verisign secure certificate. |

What are the cancellation fees and terms? |
A. |
From confirmation of the registration until six weeks prior to event:
– No cancellation fee
Less than six weeks prior to event:
– US $500 for cancellation or non-attendance at ACE 2008 in Scottsdale. |

Can I make my hotel reservation when I register? |
A. |
Yes. After registering, you will be asked to click on the relevant hotel to make your accommodation reservation. You can book your accommodation at The Renaissance Scottsdale Resort by completing an online form. You can also call the hotel directly at 480.991.1414, or by using the toll free reservation line at 800-309-8138 (USA only), alternatively, you can email Sylvia, the Renaissance Scottsdale Resort rooms coordinator, at sylvia.sherrington@marriott.com – remember to quote the ACE code in order to secure the special rates, negotiated by Aculab.
Aculab has negotiated special accommodation rates at Renaissance Scottsdale Resort:
US$219 + Tax if booked by 7th March
Hotel daily rate if booked after 7th March
The special accommodation rates will be available from 29th March until 4th April based upon availability and at the discretion of the hotel.
Aculab advises that you book early to secure the special rates! |
