2. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a suitable high speed dial-up modem in GroomerII and to enable the necessary permissions for Aculab technical support to be able to dial in.
3. Whilst GroomerII uses later versions of Aculab telephony software, the various components are packaged into a single, version controlled software build, therefore, device drivers and other components may not be individually downloaded and installed in a GroomerII. For information on the latest software release versions and, if you have a GroomerII support agreement, the availability of updates and enhancements, please contact your Account Manager.
