Brekeke SIP Server

Our groundbreaking Brekeke SIP Server provides a SIP-based communication platform for a wide variety of services and products. Brekeke SIP Server is a SIP proxy registrar server that comes with unprecedented reliability and robust performance. Brekeke SIP Server comes with an impressive list of features that benefit teleco service providers and unique communication needs. It supports multiple transport protocols (UDP, TCP, TLS, WebSocket [WS, WSS]), offers original NAT traversal functionality, and provides a number of flexible call control functions. For improving mobile experience, it supports both Apple Push Notification service and Google Cloud Messaging (GCM). It offers protection from SIP attacks with its smart filtering feature. In version 3.6, Brekeke SIP Server added SDN support (OpenFlow), allowing smart traffic management of SIP communications and call flow. For deployments that require higher availability of service, the carrier-class edition (Advanced Edition) includes SIP redundancy features. Brekeke PBX

Our award-winning Brekeke PBX is a SIP-based IP-PBX system for enterprises and service providers. Brekeke PBX is available for as few as 20 users with the same feature set that is available in the carrier-size IP-PBX. Brekeke PBX comes in two editions: the Single-Tenant Edition is a CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) type of IP-PBX, and the Multi-Tenant Edition is a hosted PBX platform. The hosted PBX platform allows the hosting of multiple tenants under one server, which makes the product a perfect platform for cloud telephony service. Brekeke PBX is scalable up to 5,000 users per server and up to 1,000 tenants per server. Brekeke PBX offers essential and useful call features, such as call conference, call recording, call hunting, basic ACD, and so on. To improve device independence and mobile experience, Brekeke PBX supports WebRTC that allows communications via a web browser for phone calls, video calls, conference calls, or screen sharing. Brekeke Contact Center Suite

Brekeke Contact Center Suite (CCS) is a collection of software for building a cloud call center system. It supports multi-tenant features that allow service providers to set up multiple tenants to run multiple unique campaigns. The product offers superb scalability to minimize administrative cost and maximize resources. The software included in the suite are Brekeke Customer Interaction Manager (CIM), Brekeke Contact Analytics (CA), and Brekeke CRM. Brekeke CCS is equipped with all essential call center features, such as ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), Dialer and report features, as well as the more sophisticated and unique features Brekeke offers.
