You may need to unblock your Proxy Server Port if your internet access is via a Proxy Server. AVG 8.0 has been observed to block suspect packets from the AIT server. Therefore, AVG should be configured with explicit rules to not block any perceived unsafe packets destined for the AIT. Please refer to your firewall documentation for further information.
