When creating an inbound service you can choose to name it by linking it to a telephone number you have purchased or by specifying a SIP username.
You can purchase inbound telephone numbers and link them to an inbound service. When you receive calls on that number the linked service will be started.
Some countries require an address that relates to the location of a purchased number to be registered. In some case documentary proof of address is also required.
The full SIP address for an inbound service is comprised of the service's name and a domain constructed from the id of the cloud region on which the service resides.
